A unique opportunity has become available to work with this market leading organisation as a Clinical Trainer, training and supporting the customers and the internal sales force. This company is the only company of its kind with government recommendation, turning over a million pounds. All applicants must have experience with the NHS. Clinical Trainer / Customer Services Cognitive Software vJOB TITLE: Clinical Trainer / Customer Services. AREA: Birmingham. BASED: Based an hour from patch. BASIC: £26K. OTE: £10K. BENEFITS: Laptop, mobile phone, pension and mileage paid per mile. THE ROLE ·A unique opportunity has become available to work with this market leading organisation as a Clinical Trainer, training and supporting the customers and the internal sales force. ·The successful candidate will be building and managing a customer services team. ·This role will involve developing new and improved initiatives which will improve business performance. ·The Clinical Trainer will proactively look for opportunities to have good communication and build good relationships with customers. ·Initial projects will include making training interactive, and exploring on-line capabilities. THE COMPANY ·This company is the only company of its kind with government recommendation, turning over a million pounds. ·They are expecting profits to double within 12 months. ·This is a young, ambitious, exciting company. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·All applicants must have experience with the NHS. ·The ideal candidate will be coming from either a clinical or a customer services background. ·This company is looking for a salesperson that is confident, dynamic and has the ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as train both customers and staff. ·It is essential that candidates are creative and are able to think through implementation plans for new strategy and training.
