**** EXCITING NURSE ADVISOR / SPECIALIST PATIENT SUPPORT NURSE VACANCY ****

We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Patient Support Nurse / Nurse Advisor to join our client's flagship team in the South West London, Surrey, West London, Middlesex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire area - vacancy reference SR 1840.

In this completely non promotional role you will be a member of an established, successful team working on behalf of a market leading pharmaceutical / healthcare company offering gold standard care and service; your role will involve providing support as & when required to both adult & paediatric patients with chronic (non terminal) diseases and their families following discharge from hospital in order to increase compliance, adherence and concordance with their therapy (an injectable device).

Due to the nature of this particular project all applicants must have prior / current experience of working in a Nurse Advisory or Home care nursing capacity.  You will be very self motivated, be able to effectively prioritise your time & workload, have an optimistic outlook, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion to deliver.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary paid commensurate with your experience plus car allowance, tax free daily allowance, laptop & mobile telephone, pension and private healthcare - with total package value being in excess of £40,000. In addition to the experience previously mentioned, all candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Possess a full UK driving license with less than 6 points/endorsements
• Be eligible to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis (no student or working holiday visas on this occasion, please)
• RGN qualified with current PIN.
