Our client is a leading manufacturer of an extensive range of non-invasive healthcare products and instrumentation for medical applications. Due to continued growth and their ongoing commitment to serving NHS trusts up and down the country, they now have a number of exciting Clinical Advisor roles for their Pressure Care range across various territories.
As a client facing Clinical Advisor you will support the development of a care strategy specifically for pressure ulcer management within contracted accounts aimed at a significant and sustainable reduction in the incidence of hospital acquired pressure ulcers. You will help NHS Trusts to facilitate the reduction of pressure ulcers and improvement in outcomes through ensuring best practice principles are transmitted into working practice. You will also maintain and update accurate records of potential and existing customers, report on competitor activity, pricing and sales strategies where available.
The ideal candidate needs to be clinically trained, and preferably posses a minimum of 12 months experience of pressure area care although this is not a prerequisite. An understanding of the business planning process will be necessary and the successful candidate must be able to deal with customers confidently in a variety of situations including: demonstrations, presentations and ward visits etc.
In addition, you need to have or develop negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle a range of customer contracts with a good understanding of NHS working practices so that efforts can be focused in order to influence favoured outcomes. Computer literacy is also essential.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 23k plus a bonus plus an additional and generous benefits package.
