Scientific Recruitment – Technical Sales Vacancies – Scientific Sales. Zest Scientific Recruitment is actively searching for an outstanding individual to join a global leader in the Life Science sector. The client that Zest Scientific recruitment is working in association with promotes analytical instruments, equipment, reagents and consumables for research, analysis, discovery and diagnostics. Due to continued growth our client has a requirement for a Scientific Sales Territory Manager to develop sales in line with company objectives across the North West territory comprising of Manchester, Liverpool, Bolton, Lancaster and Chester. The Scientific Sales Territory Manager role represents an excellent opportunity to break into the Scientific Sales sector. My client is receptive to reviewing CV’s from candidates with previous sales experience in the wider healthcare sector such as Pharmaceutical Sales providing candidates possess a strong academic background in a relevant scientific subject.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a growing portfolio of products which includes innovative technologies for mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, molecular spectroscopy, sample preparation, informatics, fine and high-purity chemistry production, cell culture, RNA interference analysis and immunodiagnostic testing. This vacancy provides a unique opportunity for a commercially focused individual to join a true world leader.

It is essential that applicants are educated to degree level (minimum) in a relevant scientific discipline and have additionally forged a career in sales. The successful candidate will demonstrate a number of key personal qualities; however, more specifically it is essential that candidates can demonstrate a tenacious and focused attitude. Previous Life Science sales experience is highly desirable, although, our client is also receptive to providing a sales professional with the requisite scientific background an opportunity to break into the Scientific Sales arena.

In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with a generous salary ranging from £26,000 - £33,000 (DOE) + Bonus (£10K OTE), Company Car, Healthcare, Pension and a range of additional benefits.
