North UK
£30K basic + Exceptional uncapped bonus + Car + Bens
The Client
Our client is a leading British company specialising in orthopaedic spinal implants, due to their continued expansion they are looking to recruit a Product Specialist for the North of the UK to compliment and work alongside their existing sales force. Our client has recently partnered with one of the worlds largest biologics companies who are a global leader in the processing of human bone and connective tissue for transplantation and an innovator in the development, manufacturing and marketing of biologic, biomaterial and device systems for musculoskeletal surgery.
The Role
The role is selling our clients allograft bone tissue products to target customers, primarily orthopaedic, neuro and max fax surgeons. The role is very much new business driven, you will be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities and establish long term relationships, regularly meeting with key opinion leaders and decision makers in the clinical setting, organising trials and converting business.
The Person
You will be a dynamic, technically minded individual with at least 3 years proven medical device/pharmaceutical experience. The successful candidate will have proven ability at winning new business, with an emphasis on presenting technical information and most of all be results driven. There is a competitive base salary of £30 - 35k + open ended bonus scheme, car, pension, medical insurance.
