Medical Sales Regional Sales Manager Womens Health
£45-50K Base £70K OTE + High Level Car + Bens

THE ROLE
Our client is a global leader who focuses on devices and therapies for surgical adhesion prevention, urinary incontinence, abnormal uterine bleeding and other uterine pathologies. Recently that scope has been broadened to encompass the broader aspects of Women's Health and Urology. They are urgently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Northern UK region. You will be responsible for 6-8 Territory Managers in the region and look after recruitment, target setting, coaching and key account development to ensure achievement if budgets.
THE PERSON
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, preferably within a Social Science or Business discipline. Previous Sales Management experience within the Medical Devices/Gynae arena would be highly advantageous. However, my client will also be interested in applicants from a healthcare sales background with a strong track record of achievement, experience of mentoring and coaching and the high potential required to move into a dedicated management role . You will have a strong ability to work closely with others in a team, be self-driven, energetic, highly competitive yet extremely customer centric. In addition you will show entrepreneurial behaviour and have first class interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build strategic partnerships with key customers and new business.
