My client is a specialist in a recruiting for the NHS and private sector and is looking for an experienced team leader/senior consultant to motivate and lead from the front.
Working with a team of 3 consultants, your role will be to develop business and place candidates into the NHS and Private sector healthcare market. The company concentrate solely on permanent recruitment and your role will be to manage and work closely with the consultant to increase revenue and generate new business. You will also be in charge in the day to running of the branch, and this is an ideal opportunity to develop your career in recruitment.
Ideally the candidate with have previous experience in the recruitment market, and have good experience of the permanent market. You will be a consistent biller and have experience/desire to build a career in this lucrative market. Previous experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage but not essential.
The package includes a salary of up to £35k plus OTE and car allowance, great bonus scheme and the opportunity to develop your career. Further expansion plans for this company include Dubai and New Zealand... can you afford to miss out???
