Job Description

A prestigious private hospital in central London and specialising in Orthopaedics requires a Medical Secretary for their busy established practice. The main part of the role will be audio typing all clinic letters, dealing with telephone enquiries, booking theatre for patients, chasing of xrays/scans and reports and liaising with other departments within the hospital. There will be some liaison with insurance companies required.
You will be competent at answering all telephone enquiries, deal with appointments and patients over the telephone, liaise with Consultants and other medical office staff, pull clinic files and carry out filing.

Monday- Friday 09.00 -17.30

£11.00 - £11.50 per hour plus holiday pay

Previous Orthopaedics and Medical Secretary experience essential.
