My client, a prestigious & well respected blue chip pharmaceutical company with a strong pipeline and commitment to investment in R&D currently has exciting opportunities available for several Hospital Sales Specialists in the following geographical areas: 

SR 2355           Kent

As part of a small & very select team in this incredibly specialist & high profile role, you will be responsible for selling an antibiotic (available for both oral & intra venous administration) for the treatment of pneumonia, complicated skin and soft-tissue infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria, and an antifungal solely at secondary care level

Your role will involve raising awareness of the brands, influencing Key Opinion Leaders and gaining endorsement for your product.  You will have total autonomy and accountability for your territory - incorporating all aspects of business planning, analysing and prioritising accounts according to business potential and dealing with customers at all levels.  With sole accountability for a large geographical area in a highly technical therapy area it is vital that you can engage your customers, build long term productive business relationships & manage your time extremely effectively in order to maximise return on time/effort invested.

Due to the nature of this opportunity it is absolutely essential that you have a proven track record of formulary inclusions within secondary care; priority will be given to those who have prior/current experience of selling within the anti-infective arena.  You will be articulate, insightful and passionate about your work with exceptional networking and influencing skills.

Because this is a sought after & interesting niche therapy area, you will be rewarded with a basic salary paid commensurate with your experience.  Your package will also include tax free daily allowance, company car, laptop & mobile telephone, pension, private healthcare & the potential to earn substantial bonuses.  As with all field based sales roles of this type, a full UK driving license is required (with 6 points or fewer) and all candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
