Regional Sales Manager - Wound Care
South & West Regions
£40,000 to £45,000 (negotiable) plus exceptional bonuses

Our client is a major player in the wound care market and due to promotion they require a Regional Sales Manager to increase business by motivating and managing 8 sales people throughout the South and West (Glamorgan, Gwent, Avon, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey)

• Our client requires a successful sales person / manager from the wound care arena, living within the territory, the ability to manage and motivate the sales team and be able to demonstrate exceptional coaching and training skills, coupled with strong presentation skills.
• This position demands the ability to interpret and communicate corporate strategy at all levels, and deliver budgeting and targeting.
  You must have strong determination to succeed and be able to lead by example.

You will be well rewarded with a basic of c£40-£45K (Negotiable), plus exceptional bonus, profit sharing, car or car allowance, pension, private healthcare, life assurance, 25 days holidays etc.
