Customer Account Manager
Salary up to £24,000 + significant bonus + benefits
Based: Portsmouth
As an extraordinary company with an international manufacturing base that makes a range of highly technical products their UK division is producing excellent results.
Due to internal promotions, we are looking for an individual to work in our customer services department. The duties include taking inbound and making out bound calls, dealing with customer enquiries and taking the opportunity to promote new services and products, whilst providing customers with excellent customer service. The training and facilities are superb and there is long term and achievable career paths within this company,
Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate strong telesales and customer services skills. You will build commercial relationships with a range of customers and on occasions visit customers at their sites. You must be able to demonstrate sales success and have the ambition to build a successful career. An ability to understand technical information is essential
