We are currently recruiting several Territory Business Managers on behalf of a highly successful independent UK based pharmaceutical company (a subsidiary of a pan European organisation) in the following locations:
SR 1830 Surrey & Sussex
SR 1831 Coventry, Warwickshire & Oxfordshire
SR 1837 Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire
SR 1838 North Wales
This rapidly growing organisation is extremely ambitious and has expanded its team substantially over the past two years since acquiring several prescription only pharmaceutical products, focusing on the dermatology & pain relief markets.
Selling within both primary and secondary care, each of their Representatives has sole responsibility for his or her territory, including calling on GPs, PCTs, Dispensing personnel, hospital level customers and community based nurses. The key focus is on delivering sales results for your territory and as a reward for hitting your targets there is an excellent sales incentive plan. You will also be expected to achieve a series of associated deliverables such as contact rates and coverage and frequency metrics, and will be expected to manage your business on a key account business in order to maximize return on time invested.

This would be an exciting opportunity for an experienced Representative who is looking for greater autonomy & variety in their role to join a company which is really going places, and in return you will be rewarded with a generous package including basic salary (up to £33,000 dependent on experience), pension, private healthcare, daily allowance, laptop, mobile & company car (or opt out allowance if preferred). The start date will be tailored to suit you and the interview process involves a one off assessment centre.

Prior experience of selling to Hospital or PCT level customers would be a distinct advantage but is by no means a prerequisite.
