Senior Brand Manager

East Midlands

£42k- £45k + bonus + group profit share + plus car/allowance etc

The Company

Our client is a major player in the wound care market and due to strong company growth they are creating this additional position, for the compression range of products, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

The Role

The key functions of the role will be

• to ensure achievement of the strategic goals through the definition, co-ordination and implementation of the key elements of the marketing mix for the defined product range
• maintain link and coordinate activities with the Corporate Marketing team for the defined range of products
• undertake assigned projects and participate in Marketing evenets
• line management responsibility of a Product Manager

The Requirements

The ideal person will have a marketing degree and at least 5 years' marketing experience. You must have a strong sales background in the medical products/services arena, preferably from a wound care background.

Proven project management experience is a must and you should be a self starter and able to use your own initiative. A strong team player you will also have well developed motivational skills.

French language skills would be an advantage.

Based at the Company's Head Office in the East Midlands there will regular travel both throughout the UK and also to the French corporate headquarters.

The Package

A salary of around to £42-45k plus 10% bonus potential, a group profit sharing scheme, car or car allowance, pension, private healthcare, life assurance, 25 days holidays etc.
