Our client is a specialist company focussing on consumer, surgical & pharmaceutical eye health products. They are recognised as a market leader in their therapy area and are committed to preserving, enhancing and restoring vision worldwide - dedicated to providing the highest quality eye care products for treating various eye diseases & conditions. As a result of their continued success they have expanded their sales force in the pharmaceutical division and created 6 new positions nationwide; additional applicants are required in the following geographical location:
SR 1799 M4 corridor (Northampton, Bedford, Luton & Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead, Oxford, Wycombe, Stoke Mandeville, Milton Keynes, Cheltenham & Gloucester hospitals)
Selling two already promoted well known brands and responsible for launching a new product in the near future, you will call on ophthalmologists at hospital level only in order to increase the depth of prescribing of the existing product and to gain key opinion leader endorsement & secure formulary inclusion of the new brand.
As the future success of the new product depends on making a great impact from day one, it is imperative that all applicants must possess a proven track record of prescription only pharmaceutical sales success at Hospital level gained in the UK; you will preferably already be working as a dedicated hospital representative with a minimum of 2 years experience including evidence of strong sales results & formulary inclusions.
You should possess excellent long term business planning skills and have the ability to analyse and prioritise accounts according to their business potential; your enthusiasm and hunger to succeed, with an engaging personality are vital and should be able to hit the ground running'.
In return, you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary dependent on experience, plus tax free daily allowance, company car, laptop & mobile telephone, pension, private healthcare & bonus. As with all field based sales roles of this type, a full UK driving license is required (must have 6 points or fewer) and all candidates should be eligible to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis (no working holiday visas, please).
