The Company

Our client is a leading health provider organisation, which partners with GPs to deliver high quality patient care in the community, innovative property solutions and consumer responsive pharmacy services. They are a leading participant in the primary and community healthcare market and are supportive of a modern NHS capable of delivering increased services to patients in the community.

Our client's diagnostics division is designed to support the provision of specialist clinical equipment to clinicians so that they can provide diagnostic and therapeutic services in new settings.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a key member of the management team to develop and deliver the sales and marketing function within the diagnostics division. This will consist of supporting the development of products, the marketing strategies required to support them and identifying and developing relationships with customers. The post holder must have a strong sales background, preferably in a clinical field and be excited by the prospect of developing a new service offering.

The Person

Healthcare sales experience
Experience of approaching new customers
Experience of developing marketing strategies and materials
Good interpersonal skills
Desire to build a quality service for clinical customers
Must be a good communicator
Strong commercial awareness
Must be level headed and able to think through a problem and deliver
Strong team player
Ambitious for themselves and the team they work with.
