Regional Sales Manager

South England

Basic salary Ł35,000 to Ł40,000 dependant on experience

The Company

Our Client are manufacturers and suppliers of medical devices to the healthcare industry and medical organisations with a world class reputation.

The Role

They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to increase business by motivating and managing 4 sales people throughout the South of England

The Requirements

Ideally our client requires a successful sales person from the single use instruments arena, living within the territory.
A proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team is essential. They must also be able to demonstrate exceptional coaching and training skills, coupled with strong presentation skills.
This position demands the ability to interpret and communicate corporate strategy at all levels, and deliver budgeting and targeting.
You must have strong determination to succeed and be able to lead by example.
