Regional Business Manager - Woundcare Products
North & South X2
£40 -45K Base Excellent Com + Car + Pension + Benefits
THE ROLE
A leading International healthcare organisation is currently looking for Regional Sales Managers both North & South for their woundcare products division. You will be responsible for 6-8 Territory Managers in the region who will be predominately selling in the community to GP Surgeries, Hospitals a broad range of clinical professionals such a District Nurses and Practice nurses and Tissue Viability Nurses. You will be responsible for recruitment, target setting, coaching and key account development to ensure achievement if budgets.
THE PERSON
The successful candidate will be ideally educated to degree level. Previous Sales Management experience within healthcare or pharmaceuticals arena would be highly advantageous. However, my client will also be interested in applicants from a healthcare or pharmaceutical sales background which are looking to make their first move into a management role. You should possess a strong track record of achievement and good experience of procurement and the tendering process. You will have a strong ability to work closely with others in a team, be self-driven, energetic, highly competitive yet extremely customer centric. In addition you will show entrepreneurial behaviour and have first class interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build strategic partnerships with key customers and new business.
