Medical Sales Representative - Orthopaedics (Hip and Knee revision)

Role -

The Medical Sales Executive will be responsible for selling a leading range of orthopaedic hip and knee products directly to surgeons in theatre. The position will involve considerable time in the scrub environment and involve aspects of educating customers. Dealing with existing accounts and targeting new business opportunities the role will see the appointed medical sales executive targeted on growth and retention of business. While key customers are clinical staff (orthopaedic surgeons, ODA's, ODP's, Theatre Nurses etc) the position will also require excellent negotiation skills when dealing with procurement / supplies. The position will see the appointed medical sales representative sell to both NHS and Private hospitals.

Applicant -

• Applicants will have a minimum of 18 months Orthopaedic sales experience - Hip & Knee, Spinal, Trauma or Power Tools or strong theatre sales experience
• Applicants will know and have relationships with orthopaedic surgeons on territory.
• Applicants will be able to network and have significant kudos enabling them to form strong working relationships with key opinion leaders in the biopsy market.
• A structured career path and good tenure in previous roles is required.
• Individuals with a track record of successful sales are invited to apply if they are professional, self motivated, ethical and hard working. This role offers excellent career progression / promotion opportunities.

Applicants will have worked as - Territory Manager / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist / ODA / ODP or similar. Experience selling in theatre is essential....
