Commerical Business Manager Adult Continence Products

They produce a number of products, widely used by over 15% of the core market.
This company has global offices, including the USA and Sweden.
THE ROLE
A unique opportunity has become available to work with this market leading organisation as a Commercial Business Manager selling adult continence products. The successful applicant will be liaising and developing relationships with distributors and wholesalers, who will sell into the NHS. The successful candidate will also have an excellent understanding of the NHS, PCT's and Procurement Hubs.
The Commercial Business Manager will be organising and implementing successful strategic development plans.
The role will involve identifying and building key relationships with the target client base and negotiating supply contracts.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Applicants must have a strong understanding of distributors and channel sales and/or high level sales experience to the NHS
· Candidates must demonstrate both strong business acumen, as well as excellent sales experience
· The successful candidate is most likely to have sold into the healthcare market, and can demonstrate an understanding of how buying decisions are made
· Candidates must be driven, motivated and passionate as they will be dealing with large contracts.
