ACCOUNT MANAGER
My client provides disposable, reusable and cotton solutions to the NHS.
They are the market leader and have recently gone through an acquisition to gain greater market share. Predominantly known for the supply of theatre gowns, they have a wide portfolio available.
Due to expansion an Account Management position has arisen in the Anglian region. The role will be predominantly covering Anglia, Trent and Cambridge. On Appointment you will be allocated a portfolio of existing hospital accounts with a variety of different levels of spend. You will be given the responsibility to increase the account spend by identifying key contacts, cross sell and up sell opportunities. You will also have reasonability for managing, monitoring and evaluating each account to ensure that it meets the customers' needs. The role will require you to attend regular meetings with your client base and conduct reviews, being instrumental in resolution of client's problems and issues and ensure that the client is receiving an exemplary level of service.
To apply you must be an experienced account manager, with experience selling low value, high volume goods. Ideally you will have exposure to selling into the healthcare sector or NHS. You must be able to demonstrate long term relationship building, strategic planning and influencing skills. You must be self motivated and be able to provide evidence of key achievements.
In return you will be offered £25- 32,000 basic with a realistic ote £42,000+
