Our client is a leading global medical device company who develop, produce and market instruments, implants and biomaterials for the surgical fixation, correction and regeneration of the human skeleton and its soft tissues. They are present in every continent and employ over 7600 dedicated professionals. A challenging opportunity now exists to join the Trauma division covering Cheshire and North Wales. The focus of this role will be selling specialist surgical tools and equipment in the theatre environment to orthopaedic surgeons, consultants, theatre staff and senior hospital managers. You will manage a small territory with only a few key accounts and will be expected to invest heavily in those key centres, working in close partnership with the entire orthopaedic and trauma surgery teams, providing a high level of service including education, training and support wherever required. The successful candidate will be adept at technical selling, teaching new users how to use technical equipment and presenting key features and benefits to all key customer groups. Candidates must be well presented, possess good organization, budgeting and planning skills with a demonstrable flair for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. You are outgoing, highly motivated and disciplined with good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
