Our clients is a dynamic, forward thinking and innovative device company and they are looking for a high calibre individual to fill a critical clinical / commercial role within the company. The product is a novel spectral imaging system used for detecting and assistance in diagnosing cervical neoplasia in the colposcopy environment. This innovative technology has won several international awards and initial clinical evidence suggests that it will radically transform the existing patient care pathway by providing previously unattainable high levels of sensitivity and specificity in detecting both high and low grade cervical disease. The product's value proposition is aligned to the modern demands placed on both the NHS and Independent sectors and has the potential to dramatically improve patient outcomes while simultaneously reducing treatment inefficiencies and costs
This role has been designed specifically for a qualified nurse (RGN) to enter the commercial world of medical devices, where the successful candidate will be able to apply their significant clinical experience and develop key commercial skills enabling them to grow within the organisation.
It is important that you thrive working both on your own and as part of a fast-growing team, relish a challenge and can integrate nursing best practice with commercial awareness.
You need to be innovative and flexible. Experience in gynaecology and colposcopy is essential.
Commercial experience in the medical devices arena as a salesperson is preferred but not a prerequisite.
The role will initially focus on the clinical training and support of customers who are colposcopists (doctors and nurses), plus involvement in an ongoing training plan of National Key Accounts and Clinical Trial sites. While delivering outstanding results in this critical area, the organisation will invest continuously in your commercial development as you will be working hand in hand with an expanding marketing team and salesforce.
