Job Description

Our client, a leading UK customer publisher, is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive to join their London team. As Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering ad revenue for a leading lifestyle brand through the sale of display, inserts and advertorials to third party advertisers.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive include:

  • Managing and developing a set of suppliers, agencies and clients direct
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, agencies and clients
  • Working with sales team members / editorial /publishing to maximise knowledge, ideas and revenue
  • Using and maintaining MSG to the expected departmental standard
  • Selling face-to-face and on the telephone
  • Writing and delivering presentations and proposals

Qualities we are looking for in the Senior Sales Executive include:

  • Previous media sales experience, preferably within the publishing sector
  • Good selling and negotiating skills - agency and client
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A good team player with a strong work ethic
