Committed to ongoing development and success, this company is looking for a Business Development Manager to sell access to a global PR and Media directory. This company is widely considered the market leader and has been established for over 50 years with a strong track record. All applicants must have both new business and account management skills.
Business Development Manager PR / Media Directory Access Sales
JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager.
AREA: London to Midlands.
BASED: London Office when not on appointments.
BASIC: £32K.
OTE: £44K uncapped.

THE ROLE
·Committed to ongoing development and success, this company is looking for a Business Development Manager to sell access to a global PR and Media directory.
·All new accounts will be retained ongoing and will contribute towards the Business Development Managers monthly target.
·The successful candidate will be conducting business both over the phone and during face to face demonstrations and webinars, clients can be closed within 3 months.
·The Business Development Manager will be targeted on both new business revenue and retention on existing accounts.

·With a global workforce in excess of 1000, this company has a customer service-focused sales team in the UK.
·They offer full training to new clients with a dedicated account management team.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·All applicants must have both new business and account management skills.
·It is essential that all candidates have proven experience selling both over the phone and in a face to face capacity.
·Applicants should be consultative and educational in his or her approach to sales.
·The ideal candidate will have some experience in the media, PR or business information arena (with a subscription-based model).
·This role will involve travelling up to the Midlands for meetings as required.
·This company is looking for a salesperson that is capable of working with little supervision.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
