A Sales Manager for Protomold, to grow sales across UK and Europe, based in Telford.
What we're looking for
*Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
*Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team in the UK and Europe.
*Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
*Ensure all KPIs are met and exceeded across the team
*Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
*Leads from the front, result orientated
*Performs reviews, appraisals, training and coaching
*Maintains accurate records of all sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales team.
*Presents achievements and plans to board members on a quarterly basis
*Strong organisational skills and effective monitoring of all skills/KPIs
*Recruits, tests, and hires S & CS team based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
You will be an accomplished Sales Manager with experience of leading internal teams. A background in b2b services is essential, manufacturing would be advantageous. You will be used to driving capabilities of your team members and growing sales across a given territory. This role requires someone who can lead from the front and proactively bring in new sales by identifying new clients.
Protomold are the World's fastest manufacturer of custom prototype and low volume plastic parts. Their propriety 3D software means they are able to make 3D CAD designs into parts in as little as 24hours.
They are also an award wining company, winning a Manufacturing Excellence Award in their first year of business (2006). Their unique capability has meant they are growing rapidly and need to build their sales department by bringing in a Sales Manager to lead the way
