You will be responsible for developing & building a market for 3form products through a network of Designers, Interior Architects and Architects (A&D community) in the London and South East area. Key end-user markets are Hospitality, Leisure, High-end Retail and corporate office environments. You will build and manage a sales team, providing national coverage for the UK and Eire. The Sales Manager works autonomously, is a multi-level communicator and works in a structured and organized way. Presenting and promoting the 3form program to, and developing sales opportunities with customers is the key focus of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
*Responsible for maximising sales in the national markets, for the performance of the sales team members in individual territories and for meeting personal sales targets
*Build a network and long term relationships with designers and (interior) architects with a view to maximizing long term sales
*Identify sales opportunities and provide structured follow-up and tracking in CRM system
*Manage a monthly budget in the most efficient way
*Constantly map national markets in terms of right quality of the customer base, projects on the go and new potential customers
*Report on market and individual performance on a monthly basis as well as reporting market developments, events and new business opportunities.
Who we're looking for:
*Direct sales experience of the Architectural & Design community
*Experience of managing a sales team
*Preferably experience of dealing with products with a high design profile and customization options e.g. furniture, project fabrics, wall coverings or high-end flooring.
