Field Sales Executive - Market Leader - Capital Equipment
Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Essex
£20,000 Basic, £40,000 OTE + Car + Phone + Laptop + Corporate Benefits
Our client, active in around 80 countries, with a turnover of around £2.5 Billion p/a, have been one of the world’s leading manufacturers’ and dealers of Capital Equipment and document solutions for over 120 years. Due to internal restructure they have approached PMA to recruit experienced Field Sales Executives on their behalf.
The role will be one of new business acquisition, selling our client’s full range of products within a set geographical area. Executives will be responsible for generating their own leads, cold calling, organising mail shots and maintaining ongoing relationships with prospective and existing customers, to achieve upgrade and additional business during the initial account period.
Due to the package offered, our client will only consider candidates of the highest calibre. They will need at least two years field sales experience, preferably within capital equipment and a proven track record of over achievement. You must be able to display excellent communication skills and business acumen, be tenacious and driven for success.
In return our client is offering a £20,000 base salary, on target earnings of £40,000, with top performers making in excess of £60,000. All employees are provided with a fully expensed Company car or car allowance, mobile phone, laptop, 24 days annual leave and full corporate benefits.
