Inside Sales Manager / Inside Sales Team Leader / Telesales Team Leader for a company who are passionate about the design, manufacture and supply of timber products and are experts in balustrades, supplying a wide range of systems on staircases, decks, balconies and patios. Brief Job Description;
Inside Sales Manager / Inside Sales Team Leader / Telesales Team Leader for a company who are experts in balustrades, supplying a wide range of systems on staircases, decks, balconies and patios. The company specialise in refurbishments using Timber, Metal and Glass.
Keys Tasks Responsibilities;
This is a new position and department within the company, building on their existing Field sales and Customer service departments.
-To sell to existing and new customers in specified market sectors and to supervise effective time and lead management across the Inside Sales Team.
-Proactively develop the business via lead management, quality qualification, cold calling prospects and calling existing customers on a planned call cycle.
-Develop and implement tactical telesales campaigns.
-Generate sales, revenue and margin to annual targets.
-Retain existing customers and both develop repeat business and maximise revenue potential.
-To lead, develop and motivate Inside Sales team and manage the performance of this team
-Awareness and understanding of financial implications of all decision making.
Key Attributes / Skills / Experience;
You will be a proven Telephone Sales leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a sales team to achieve targeted results in a profitable manner.
- Previous experience as Inside Sales / Telesales Team Leader.
-Proven and developing Inside Sales team leader.
-Confident management skills and ability to motivate, develop and inspire a Sales team.
-First class communication skills in written, oral, e mail and telephone.
-Positive and determined approach to Telephone sales.
-Intelligent and considered approach to lead management and maximisation of all opportunities.
-IT skills and an openness to learning new IT skills and embracing technology.
- A working knowledge of CRM systems
- Self motivated and results driven
- A good understanding of the UK Domestic and Commercial refurbishment market, would be beneficial, however not a necessity.
- You will be able to demonstrate a flexible, enthusiastic, energetic, inquisitive nature to this new role and be eager to build this new Inside Sales department into an integral part of the companies growth strategy.
