Designates across Yorkshire: Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, Halifax, Rotheram, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Pontefract, Bradford, Castleford.

Working for a well-known mobile phone specialist, selling different networks, you will be the General Manager, managing your own store.

To achieve the targets set for the store by generating sales and profitability through drive and motivation and minimising cost and risk.

*Responsibilities include: maximising sales and profit of their store compliantly and to deliver and exceptional customer service to all customers, respecting all stakeholders.
*Managing a large team of sales consultants, motivating them, training and developing and recruiting.
*Setting and exceeding targets are a key part of your role. Supporting the development and retention of high calibre store colleagues.
*You will be responsible for implementing business strategy at store level, driving and communicating new initiatives.
*You will be highly competitive, target driven individual and always striving to be the top of your game.
