IT Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (IT Security)

£25,000 Basic (OTE c£45,000 Uncapped)
Our client specialises in providing intelligent protection solutions that meet their clients IT security requirements. Their intelligent protection approach ensures that they provide the expertise, technology and management skills to help identify where to protect, what to protect and how to protect corporate IT resources. An opportunity has now arisen for an IT Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their team.
This is the ideal role for a proactive IT sales executive, with a successful track record of developing new business, looking to join a leading company that has developed strong relationships with major players in the IT security industry.
As an IT Sales Executive / Business Development Manager you will be tasked with selling our client's best-of-breed solutions, including authentication, digital certificates, firewalls and database security.
In this role you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and growing business within new accounts. Although predominantly office based, you will travel to meet with clients face-to-face, when required.
To be considered for this position, you must have proven new business sales experience, gained within the IT or IT security sector.
As an IT Sales Executive / Business Development Manager you should be a team player with excellent communication skills. You must also be self-motivated and results orientated, with great deal closing abilities.
