An excellent position has arisen for an experienced Web Systems Developer to join a world class organisation.
You will provide the professional and effective delivery of web-based applications across all departments and services. To manage the analysis of business data processing and user requirements. You will need to design, develop and maintain web-based computer systems to meet these requirements and hold a range of specialist knowledge to create, build, test, deploy and implement systems.
You will have a level of responsibility leading programs of work and will manage web-based systems and requisite infrastructure. A high level of initiative is required and decision making without reference to line manager to execute a solution will be required.
You will need to manage work loads and life cycles and monitor and rate the progress, the quality of the work and take appropriate action.
It is essential for you to be degree educated in a technical subject and willing to undertake any training as deemed necessary.
You will need a minimum of 5 years experience in a development environment (web based preferable)
Experienced in some, if not all of the following HTML, CSS, ASP, PHP, SQL, Server, XML, .NET and Java script.
You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
You must be smart and well presented and be willing to wear corporate identity clothing. You need to be able to display a good attendance record and you must pass the Occupational Health Assessment.
Experience within an NHS background would be extremely advantageous.
