Our client committed to continuous improvement is looking for 2 Project Manager on a 2 year fixed term basis - salaried - 25 days holiday. The client is a leading financial services organisation. Manage and lead the project team on a day to day basis to deliver the objectives of the project within agreed constraints to scope, quality and within agreed budget. The role is Manage and Lead project teams on a day to day basis to deliver the objective of one or more Strategic change projects, within agreed constraints to scope, quality and within agreed budget, The role requires establishing the appropriate project structure - understanding our client's approach to project management and run projects in accordance with governance requirements. Establish controls for monitoring and tracking expenditure against budget and in accordance with project governance requirements. Manage the project plan detailing who does what and by when. Define role and responsibilities withing the project, Secure named resources for all project activities . Establish controls for tracking and monitoring progress. Identify the project risks and manage these to eliminate or reduce them to an acceptable level. Identify the project risks and to manage these. Identify and manage dependencies with other people. Involve all stakeholders and interested parties in decisions which affect them. . We have 2 roles within the Product Development arena. ·Develop approach for delivering new products and product enhancements
·Review the methods used to prioritise product developments (previously agreed) and identify any changes that are appropriate identify opportunities to further tailor our client's product offering to the specific financial needs of customers in our client's core markets
·Review the 'scorecards' for product developments that were previously considered
·Propose an updated priority list of product developments for agreement by the executive and Board
·Group developments into appropriately sized releases taking into account the priority and the amount and types of work involved
·Establish a project structure to deliver a significant number of product developments over a 24 month period and ensure appropriate resources are put into place to support this activity
Undertake agreed product delivery activity and deliver to agreed schedule and cost

Both Project Managers need to be able to demonstrate proven project delivery capability within a Marketing department in a financial services environment. Experience with both traditional waterfall and agile project methodologies is essential
