Business Development Manager - Access Control Solutions

THE ROLE
A business development field sales role has arisen with a specialist time and attendance and access control company. The role will involve selling a range of access control solutions into a wide cross section of industries from SME's to Blue Chip's throughout a Midlands sales territory. Depending upon the candidate the role will develop into a national territory managing other field sales people or even both. This role will involve solution led sales, presenting and negotiating at board level, typically dealing with MD's, FD's and Security Managers.

Are a specialist provider of Time and Attendance and Access Control solutions, they pride themselves on their excellent service built upon years of experience within the industry, not dependant upon a long supply chain, they manufacture all of their products as well as install them to end users. They invest a lot of time and energy into their staff to get the best of their team and provide the highest quality service to clients.
THE CANDIDATE
·Ideally have experience within the access control industry
·Have excellent communication and presentation skills
·The ability to provide a solution to a client
·The ability to communicate effectively at board level
·Have a proven track record of sales success
·A new business winner who possesses account management skills
·Have strong verbal and written skills
·Have a professional image
·Be confident, self motivated and have a tenacious approach
·Have strong closing skills
·Be a team player
THE PACKAGE
Basic Salary: £30,000
Commission: £35,000 - £45,000
