Job Description

Sales Senior Account Manager

 

Can you help grow our turnover by 40% a year selling bespoke software development to blue chip companies for our dynamic, client focused and sales led company?  Working directly with our Owner/Sales Director as a key player in his high performing team, you will enjoy recognitions and rewards worthy of your performance.  OTE £110k with no cap.

 

Objectivity Ltd is a 40 people IT company specialising in Microsoft, Oracle and Java-based projects and technologies.  All development is done by our subsidiary company in Poland while customer facing roles e.g. Sales, Project Management, Consultancy, Technical Architecture and Business Analysis are done in the UK.

 

Objectivity is looking to strengthen its sales team with an experienced sales person to be based in the Midlands. At least 3 years experience in IT solutions sales is a requisite. Objectivity is looking for suitable candidates who will

 

  • have the ability to work on their own initiative
  • be creative in their approach
  • have the necessary drive, flexibility & commitment to succeed in a very competitive area
  • have good communication and persuasive skills, both written and verbal
  • be prepared to conduct their own cold calling and any other lead generation activities
  • have knowledge of at least one of the technical areas the company specialises in
  • be able to deal with customers at all levels, up to board level

 

The position is one of New Business Only; existing customers are not part of the job. The remuneration package is excellent, as are the benefits.
