Our client, based in the midlands is a successful mobile telecoms business and selling through independent dealers throughout the UK. Due to continued growth and development they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager from the Mobile Telecoms Industry to join their team.
The focus of this role is to proactively retain and service mobile business partners as well as prospecting and converting new partners into active partners within the specified territory. The role will be a mixture of dealer account management (60%) and prospecting new dealer accounts (40%). The individual will be expected to ensure that dealers have all the relevant information from promotional rates to sales tools to achieve pre- determined mobile sales targets and forecasts within the company's portfolio of products.
Candidates need to be based around the Midlands and within easy reach of South Wales and the Eastern region (including Lincolnshire, Norfolk, and Ipswich etc).

Experience
¨ Have experience working as a dealer sales executive / business development manager within the telecoms or IT industries
¨ Proven success within Dealer/Reseller Account / Territory Management;
¨ Experienced at both hunting' and farming';
¨ Knowledge of the mobile telecommunications industry would be a distinct advantage;
¨ Experience of working within a team.

Salary package -
¨ Basic £30,000 per annum
¨ Up to £12K per annum bonus/incentive based on meeting pre-agreed targets (uncapped).

¨ Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday inclusive) - 37.5 hours per week
