Business Development Manager / Account Manager
Location : Cardiff – flexible home working included
Salary : Up to £23,000 OTE £40,000

Innovantage launched in early 2007 to exploit search technologies to deliver actionable business intelligence harvested from the internet. The first product, Insight, tracks and monitors online recruitment advertising - accelerating lead generation, business development and market research for recruitment agencies and job boards.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for finding and developing new business to support the growth and penetration of an innovative recruitment intelligence tool for the UK recruitment market.
Who we're looking for:
• You will be a confident presenter and thrive on finding and building relationships
• This role requires at least 3 years B2B sales success.
• You will also need basic understanding of internet technologies and be a competent IT user.
• Experience within the recruitment industry would be ideal
The Business Development Manager is pivotal to the ongoing growth of the business and through frequent dialogue with potential clients you will be responsible for increasing the exposure of Innovantage and it's much sought after service offering.
