Account Manager / B2B Sales Executive - Cardiff
Location: Cardiff – flexible home working included
Salary: Up to £25,000 OTE £35,000

Innovantage launched in early 2007 to exploit search technologies to deliver actionable business intelligence harvested from the internet. The first product, Insight, tracks and monitors online recruitment advertising - accelerating lead generation, business development and market research for recruitment agencies and job boards.
Joining a team of Account Managers you will be responsible for building and developing long term relationships to support the growth and penetration of an innovative recruitment intelligence tool for the UK recruitment market.You will be the single point of contact for all account management support issues as well as taking responsibility for engaging clients and signing long term subscription.
Who we are looking for:
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management.
* Ability to work both autonomously and will be looking to further both your career and earning potential within a fast paced environment.
* You will be a confident presenter and thrive on developing and building long term relationships.
* This role is internally based and requires at least 2 years B2B sales success.
* You will also need basic understanding of internet technologies and be a competent IT user.
* Experience of the recruitment market would be advantageous although is not essential.
The Account Manager is pivotal to the ongoing growth of the business and through frequent dialogue with potential clients you will be responsible for increasing the exposure of Innovantage and itss much sought after service offering.
