A driven and motivated Business Development Manager is required to sell performance improvement incentive solutions. Established for 20 years, this company is a rapidly expanding business that are looking for individuals to push the business in the right direction. It is essential that all applicants have a minimum of 2 years new business focused sales experience within a face-to-face capacity.

JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager.
AREA: UK.
BASED: Surrey.
BASIC: £20K - £30K depending on experience.
OTE: £60K+ uncapped.
BENEFITS: Full corporate benefits including company car or car allowance.
THE ROLE
·A driven and motivated Business Development Manager is required to sell performance improvement incentive solutions.
·This is an exciting opportunity to join this continually growing business.
·The Business Development Manager will be opening new accounts selling this company's voucher, travel, on-line and events solutions in to business across the UK.
·The Business Development Manager will be selling in at director level, he or she will sell to any company who would have a use for these incentive programmes.

·They have a strong market presence in the experience voucher side of what they do.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·It is essential that all applicants have a minimum of 2 years new business focused sales experience within a face-to-face capacity.
·The successful candidate will have worked in a business-to-business sales environment.
·Experience of having sold in to director level contacts is paramount for this role.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
