This market leading organisation has just created a new position and requires an Account Manager to sell a broad spectrum of IT hardware. Initially set up as a web-based distributor, this company has grown to become a major player with over 10 years in the industry. All applicants must have a proven track record of both new business and account management ability.
Account Manager IT Hardware Sales
JOB TITLE: Account Manager.
AREA: UK wide remit.
BASED: Surrey.
BASIC: Up to £35K.
OTE: Up to £47K 1st year.
BENEFITS: Healthcare, subsidised gym membership and 22 days holiday allowance.
THE ROLE
This market leading organisation has just created a new position and requires an Account Manager to sell a broad spectrum of IT hardware across a wide range of vendors including HP, IBM, Toshiba, Netgear and Belkin to name a few.
·The successful candidate will be selling to clients ranging from small to medium businesses to corporate, success in this role will be based on utilising his or her existing client contacts.
·The Account Manager will also be expected to generate his or her own new business.
·This role will involve splitting time between the office and attending field visits to close new business opportunities.
·The Account Manager's target will be ramped up over the first few months.

·Initially set up as a web-based distributor, this company has grown to become a major player with over 10 years in the industry.
·They are part of a group of companies with revenues in excess of 300million.
·This company has been working with vendors including HP, Sony, Toshiba, IBM, McAfee, Netgear, 3Com and Cisco.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·All applicants must have a proven track record of both new business and account management ability.
·It is essential that all candidates have a technology related background, ideally selling IT hardware in a similar capacity, e.g. distributor or reseller background.
·The successful candidate will have a current client list meaning he or she is able to hit the ground running and ramp up to his or her full target as quickly as possible.
·This company is looking for a salesperson that is an excellent relationship builder with great attention to detail.
·All applicants must be capable of fitting in as part of a large existing team.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
