£16,010 plus uncapped earning potential

Right now, we've got a range of sales roles for people with a firm focus on hitting challenging targets. But while we want you to be driven by boosting your figures, making the most of that uncapped commission doesn't mean letting customer service slide. We'll still expect you to strike up a rapport with each caller as you match them to the right product.
So your commitment to putting the customer first is just as important as your unprecedented flair for sales. That said, a track record of meeting (and exceeding) targets in a challenging environment is a must. As are expert call handling skills, a tenacious personality and an ability to work as part of a diverse, high-performing team.
