Our client is a dual shore technology company, developing web enabled solutions for business. As a Microsoft Gold Partner and award winning company, they sell a range of development services, including eCommerce, CRM, ERP, eLearning and bespoke application development. An opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their team.

This role would suit a highly motivated B2B sales professional with experience of selling consultancy and bespoke web solutions, looking to develop their career and earning potential within a global, fast growing web development firm.

As a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager, your focus will be on finding and qualifying new business opportunities for our client's services.

In the short term, this will include proactively targeting potential clients within the UK, researching them and identifying their needs and ultimately closing deals. And while you're helping to grow our client's business, you will also be responsible for assisting in mapping out a long term sales and marketing strategy in addition to seeking potential companies for exclusive partnership agreements. You will also be required to mentor and potentially manage our client's expanding UK sales team.

To be considered for this position, you must have solid business to business (B2B) sales experience, including consultative sales experience. Solid experience of selling customised web development services to businesses is also essential.

The ideal Sales Executive / Business Development Manager will have drive and ambition, and be willing to put in the work and hours to achieve results. The ability to use your initiative and a can do' approach is also key.
