Business Development Manager - Employee Benefit Software - Basic Salary - £30,000 - £45,000

THE CLIENT: Highly successful organisation with clients within the FTSE 100 and Fortune 1000m this established market leader is expanding its sales team to secure continued growth in the UK market. This company offers genuine long term career prospects with high earning potential

THE ROLE: New business field sales role selling at board level into a wide variety of corporate end users. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects within a defined postcode area to achieve a new business revenue target.

YOU: Will have a proven track record achieving targets in new business field sales. Product knowledge is not required however a professional, structured and activity driven approach is essential.

THE PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary - £30,000-£45,000
• OTE - £55,000 - £75,000 Uncapped
• Benefits - Car or Car allowance, Pension, Private Healthcare
