Job Description

French Senior Account Manager - based in Paris

Position Profile

 

The role involves building customer relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, defining a business plan, negotiating, selling and installing the software, ensuring high client satisfaction rating and no account exposures. An ability to create customer visions and manage several large complex deals simultaneously are essential requirements.


This role requires a high degree of flexibility, including large amounts of France travel and potentially unsociable working hours.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Evaluate, Improve and maintain the entire product line life cycle for all Regulatory Compliance and ISO standards within the Companies Best Practice and Compliance Accelerator BPCA product suite. 
  • Take responsibility for strategic planning through to tactical activities in conjunction with the Product Management team and the Professional Services Group
  • Coach and mentor Product Management team members, the Professional Services Group and Pre-Sales consultants to embed skills and knowledge in presenting and delivering the companies solutions to the market.
  • Develop business plans in support of new product releases and updates by conducting market research supported by frequent contact with customers and appropriate compliance authorities.
  • Drive business and product objectives forward in a timely manner to ensure the company secures its revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with compliance forums, regulatory bodies, industry analysts and thought leaders.
  • Define marketing strategy including: positioning, messaging, benefits, pricing, promotional mix, sales tools, etc.
  • Collaborate with the companies software development team during the product design and production phase to ensure requirements are being met and key design input is being incorporated.
  • Foster a learning environment where every team member is encouraged to provide ideas and suggestions leading to continuous improvement
  • Project Manage and secure the companies attainment of ISO 20000 in conjunction with the Service Desk and other key business areas.

  • Directly contacts prospects and introduces products and services based on identified client needs.
  • Coordinates necessary internal resources (product team, ad operations) to support the sale.
  • Closes targeted number of clients each quarter to meet assigned sales goals.
