Sales Manager role - Selling Video Conferencing Global Company - £38k OTE £80k Uncapped £6k Car Allowance - Benefits include Pension, Private Health, Reward & Incentive Schemes - Training and development to Key Accounts and Management - Responsible for developing sales and marketing strategy
As a Video Manager you will have full responsibility for accounts in EMEA and for client activities worldwide in the Video Team. Your primary focus is to drive video equipment and service sales through a large sales team in EMEA. This will involve managing and motivating Sales Managers and their teams together with growing the client base for the whole division. As a Sales Manager you will have a strong sales background with proven contacts and relationships at senior levels. The ability to motivate and manage a successful team and have strong sales skills with excellent presentation skills is vital.

· Manage internal and field sales managers and teams
· Manage teams in different locations
