Partner Internal Account Executive
Southampton
£21,795 to £25,985, plus excellent benefits


At Ordnance Survey, we create maps people trust. Our mapping data is used
by thousands of organisations in a very wide variety of businesses and
Government, many of whom are served by our Licensed Partners.

This is an office based role where you will be responsible for managing our
relationships with around 40 of our smaller Licensed Partners and for supporting
your field-based colleagues who manage our relationships with larger partners by
being the first point of call for information and by managing their Ordnance Survey
contracts.

You will come to us with a successful track record of dealing with demanding
customers and ideally you will also have some sales success, but this is not
essential. Previous experience of working in a high tech environment would also be
an advantage.

Above all you must be articulate, numerate and confident about dealing with
customers over the telephone and in writing. Some of our products and pricing is
quite complicated and so you should be able to demonstrate an ability to understand
and communicate complex issues.

You will be a team player with a positive energetic approach and enthusiastic
about beginning or developing a career in sales. Your IT skills will include Microsoft
Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
