Our client is a globally recognized organisation and leading provider of office supplies to the corporate market. Due to continued growth and indeed internal promotion they are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop existing corporate accounts throughout the M4 corridor.
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing existing relationships with larger companies across a specified geographical area. Working alongside 3 to 4 new business managers you will inherit new accounts upon implementation and assume responsible for the development of those accounts during the contract period, with a view to ensuring that our client is best placed to retain the business when those contracts are up for renewal. Once established you will manage anywhere from 8 to 15 key accounts, worth in excess of £1million annually.
The ideal candidate will posses a structured sales background with a minimum of 2 years client facing experience. You will be a skilled account manager / sales professional with the communication and presentation skills to succeed at every level. This role requires attention to detail, an analytical mind and the ability to multi task whilst working in an unsupervised home based environment.
The package will include a £26-30k basic with an uncapped £40-45k OTE plus car, home office and a full benefits package.
The successful candidate will, within the first few months of employment, be required to attend a residential training course, where they will receive recognised training on all aspects of the company and product range.
