Job Description

This is a high level relationship building role that will see you deliver results through strategic long term client development plans. My client has had a huge amount of success selling in to the enterprise space and as a result is looking for talented people to help with client retention and deliver on long terms plans to ensure client growth. In this role you will work with a number of named enterprise accounts, partnering with senior contacts to manage and deliver on development plans and grow revenue numbers. You will be the key point of contact for all your customers and will be responsible for liaising with technical and services teams to provide and upgrade services and ensure the business is ahead of competitor and market trends. The key responsibilities for this role include the following:

- Working closely with clients to ensure they are happy with delivery on all solutions.
- Managing key contacts through implementation processes
- Running campaigns for revenue growth across your client base.
- Working towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets as well client growth objectives.
- Developing and delivering on strategy.

To be able to apply for the role you must be able to demonstrate evidence of the following:

- Proven success of managing existing accounts.
- Consistent performance against targets both on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- A heavily empathetic and consultative approach to managing business relationships.
- Previous experience of working as an Account Manager or New Business Sales focus
