Job Description

Client Account Manager - Award Winning E-Retail Software Newbury, Berkshire
£30,000 OTE

As a Client Account Manager you will run your own accounts, and inherit a strong existing account base to develop.

You will be responsible for the promotion and cross-selling of the existing portfolio of products and services. You will also manage the on-going support of our clients that are a member of our Managed Account scheme.

The role consists mainly of account management and the majority of your time will be nurturing clients and building valuable relationships in order to secure further sales.

Key to the role is the ability to adapt to varied customers needs and requirements it is important to be inquisitive and find exactly what further products and services will benefit the customer.

Client Account Manager Main duties:

- Contact existing clients on an outbound basis
- Focus on building strategic partnerships with key accounts
- Upsell and cross sell the product and services portfolio to maximise revenue
- Work to company KPI's ensuring targets are met
- Provide the highest level of service to all clients
- Manage and process all orders placed through our Client Portal
- Ensure that the company database is accurate
- Develop a good working relationship with clients and colleagues
- Play an active part in the achievement of team and company targets
- Report back to your direct line manager at regular intervals with progress on existing campaigns

The company will invest the necessary resources into your induction and training to help ensure success.
