Business Development Manager Training Solutions
Home Based UK Wide
30-35k Base, 50-60k OTE + Bens

Our Client is a fast-growing and leading provider of e-learning solutions, delivering one of the broadest and deepest ranges of authorised training and supporting services to the public, private and educational sectors. Due to continued growth and their ongoing commitment to their growing corporate account base they now have a need to strengthen their senior sales team.

As a home based Business Development Manager you will split your time evenly between both new and existing corporate accounts. Through having access to our client's full and extensive suite of training products and services, you will be tasked to develop relationships and business revenue through a mix of prospect development and ongoing strategic account management. Although based from home, this national role will have a hot desk available for use at our clients Uxbridge head office.

Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 3 years previous business to business and consultative sales experience in a client facing capacity. It would also be a distinct advantage to have previously sold training solutions although this is not a necessity. You will be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and performance driven with a proven record of success. You will also be an excellent communicator with first class presentation skills and the determination to make your mark in an industry leading organisation where you will be responsible for high value corporate accounts.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 30-35k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 50-60k in the first year plus benefit.
