Telesales - B2B - Telecommunications

Location: Romford, Essex
Benefits: Basic £14K - £18K OTE £26K - £30K

Our client is a market leading and fast moving Telecoms industry success story based in Romford, Essex. They are dynamic, growing and they provide specialist business-to-business Telecommunications solutions into the SME market. The company has an impressive portfolio of world class products and enjoys the backing of one of the UK's most recognisable and trusted brands

As part of their expansion plan, they now have the requirement for additional Telesales Executives to join the Sales Team based from their Romford office. These vacancies have excellent career and earnings potential. The successful candidates will be responsible for calling small to medium businesses from the desk to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities for the client's entire range of voice, data, IT and networking solutions. The role entails outbound 100% new business calls to generate appointments for the field sales staff and to introduce the companies products and services to new customers. The position offers
candidates the career opportunity to grow and develop with the company.

The successful candidates will be hungry for success and looking for a challenging but key role in a small and dynamic company. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following characteristics and skill sets:

*Excellent sales skills with a minimum of 12 months desk-based B2B sales experience within telecommunications and a proven track record of sales success

*Ability to cold call and achieve high numbers of Decision-Maker contacts

*Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

*First rate verbal and interpersonal skills, with experience of dealing with B2B customers

*Strong team-working experience and team-building skills

*Commercial awareness, with a good understanding of business needs

*Quick learner

*Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.

Computer proficient with good knowledge of Microsoft and experience of using a CRM system.

Personal Characteristics: Drive, passion, maturity, ambition, self motivation, reliability

Benefits: Basic £14K - £18K OTE £26K - £30K (negotiable depending on experience)
